"It's not just a place for people they don't want to deal with..." she said, her voice a little less loud than it was a moment ago, "...it's, it's specifically for people who are... you know... crazy. Like people who think they woke up in a different body, that's why... that's why we'll never get out of here by telling them the truth."

Listening to both.
Blinking repeatedly, eyes watering.
"It is said that the ur-Lord spoke similarly of his experience in the Land, that it is merely simulacra seen in dream. And the Warmark Hile Troy, as well. But if we are in the land, aliantha and hurtloam should suffice to ease ills, and the--"
A sudden stop.
"Perhaps that is why I am here, to bring the relevant Lore to bear. But stone does not suffice, for I am not among the Gravelingas. No, I would need sky and soil to begin."

Reisija looked over at the others. "I don't think they're sending anyone like she said. She prolly don't believe I'm willing to murder folks. But thats just cause she don't understand this is my nightmare, not the real world."
He sighs. "Guess I just gotta show I ain't playing."
He starts pointing to each person in the room in turn. "Eenie, meenie, minie mo..."
He tilts his head, making an audible cracking noise from his neck.

Almost perfectly on cue, the door panel slid open again, and that same southern voice came drifting through again.
"All right y'all, come up to the door so we can get this all settled with. Line up now, come on."
She clapped her hands together the way one might when instructing a small dog to perform tricks.
"Don't ya go making us all wait now."

It was fortunate that he was interrupted by the door panel opening again, or she might've been inclined to start screaming. Instead, Sally-Anne lined up as told; mostly because she figured that if she was in view like that, nobody could try and murder her without a quick response. And also, if she was going to get out of here, showing any sort of defiance wasn't going to do her any favors. No, best to just play along.

Remember Peace.
Squinting again because all is blurry, though the strange light that is not or rhadhamaerl or lillianrill no longer occasions ocular pain, even as its flickering distracts.
But wariness need not be forgotten.
Standing up, turning towards, hanging back.
I did not fare well in the Sword.

The large redhead made his way to the line, but still seemed on edge, looking ready for violence.
"Come on in. I promise I won't hurt you..."
It sounded like a lie. Like a bold, unapologetic lie.

Beside the all too polite receptionist stood a stern looking man holding a clipboard, and wearing a rather outdated looking pair of pince nez glasses. Within his medical garb, the man was tall, brusque, and intimidating, an image that was only slightly ruined by the bobblehead doll taped to his clipboard. Its presence certainly doesn't seem to diminish his cold airs as he taps his pen against the plexiglass window.
"Approach the door one at a time and speak in a loud, clear voice. Tell me your name and today's date, as best you remember them, in the order you've chosen to line up in."

Oh no! If they were going to ask *her* to state her name instead of addressing her by it first, then that means her foolproof plan to play along and get the hell out of here was already dead in the water! She stepped forward, brushed aside some of her hair, and decided to try and feign ignorance instead. Sedative induced confusion was likely going to get her out of here faster than 'I'm a totally different person'.
"Uhm... I... I don't know. I'm not feeling very good. I think that... I think whatever medication you gave me has me..."
she tried to sell it a little more with some swaying about, making her look unsteady on her feet.
"...It's gotten me a bit disoriented."

Reisija moved up when it was his turn and spoke. "I am Reisija Ridder. And today is your birthday. Come on in, I got a nice present for you. Lemme give you a hug."
He taps on the plexiglass.
"I bet if I removed someone's leg and snapped the bone in half I could use the jagged edge to bust through the window. What do you think? Wanna lend me your leg and we can find out? I promise it won't hurt. You are just a part of my nightmare after all."
He then suddenly slaps his open palm against the plexi.
